Update on Learning
Welcome back, we hope you and your child have had a wonderful break! Thank you for all of your firework creations, they are amazing and have been displayed within our classroom.
The children have had lots of fun this week taking part in Bonfire night activities. They have been very creative and have had many opportunities to make fireworks in the creative area and the play-dough area. They have also been playing in our new Post Office role-play area, which has encouraged lots of mark making. We have been very impressed with the fantastic shapes the children have been drawing. Some children have also been practising writing some of the letters in their name.
Outdoors this week, the children have been taking part in parachute games. We have been amazed how well the children have been turn taking. They have also been decorating faces with outdoor resources e.g. using leaves to represent hair and sticks to present a mouth.
