Autumn 2 Week 1

It was lovely to welcome your children back in on Tuesday morning. They have settled back into school quickly and have been excited about accessing the learning opportunities inside and outside.

This week we have been focussing on Bonfire Night, bonfire and firework safety and talking about what they have seen and heard during Firework displays. Some of the descriptions have been amazing. In Maths we have been beginning to compare amounts using apples and lolly sticks to see if we have more or fewer.

Northern Lights Tameside Carnival
This year, Early Years are creating baubles to decorate one of the 10 x7ft Christmas Trees, at the Northern Lights Tameside Carnival.
