Autumn 2 Week 6

What an exciting week we have had in Nursery so far! The children recorded their Nativity performances on Monday which we can't wait to show you! On Tuesday we had so much fun for our class party day. The children looked lovely in their party outfits and we played lots of party games like pass the parcel, musical statues and musical bumps, we ate some party treats and then had a boogie in the school hall with the dj.

We have also took part in the '12 Days of Christmas' project with Tameside Cultural Services where we had to create a window display with our focus in Ashton-Under-Lyne being 'two turtle doves'. They look absolutely beautiful. If you would like to make some turtle doves for your windows at home then please send some photographs in of the children's creations as we would love to see them.

We have also been very lucky this week to have a Christmas singing lesson with Mrs Green from Tameside Music Service. The children really enjoy singing along to Jingle Bells and other Christmas songs whilst Mrs Green played her ukelele.
