Miss Muzyka Great Fire of London Workshop
Date: 7th Jan 2020 @ 11:57am
Today we have participated in a Great Fire of London workshop - what a terrifying fire it must have been!
We learnt so many facts about the fire to start off our topic learning of - Why was Londong burning?
We danced, sang, played games and even acted out what it would have been like in 1666!!
Did you know?
The Great Fire of London started on Sunday 2nd September 1666 in a baker on Pudding Lane.
The fire started from a little flame because the maid forgot to shut the oven door properly.
The houses were made out of wood which meant the fire spread very easily.
Samuel Pepys created a diary and that's why we have been able to learn so much about the fire.
We can't wait to learn more through our Great Fire of London project homework and our class learning.
