Our Learning so far... Week 2

The children have settled well into the routines of  Canon Burrows school. They have really impressed us with their fantastic tidying and have been enjoying accessing indoor and outdoor provision. The children have taken part in their first singing time with Mrs Ratcliffe and their first Sports Coach sessions with Chris and Alex.

Our provision for the next couple of weeks is around ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’. We will be matching sounds to events that occur within the story and exploring different textures that represent the grass, river, forest, snowstorm and mud that the characters encounter within the story. We have also been practising counting and looking at numerals.
