Update on Learning
The children have had a great time this week, reading simple instructions to make a gingerbread man. They weighed, cut, decorated, mixed and rolled out all by themselves with great results. They tasted good too!
If you would like your child to show you how to make them, the instruction book they have used to make them is attached. Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The children have also been familiarising themselves with coins and using them in role-play and making pictures with them.
As well as this, they have attended the Nativity Assemblies this week, which has supported their learning around Christmas being a celebration of the birth of Jesus.
